PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire a form constituting material, and to easily perform construction work in a concrete form and a concrete placing method using it. SOLUTION: A lattice member 2 is installed inside a form skeleton 1 assembled by using an iron pipe or a reinforcement bar as a support 11 and a beam 12, and a mesh member 3 is allowed to abut to the inside of the lattice member 2 to be installed. Concrete is placed in a space surrounded by the lattice member 2 and the mesh member 3. The lattice member 2 is the so-called welding lattice welded by longitudinally laterally juxtaposing, for example, steel bars having a diameter of 6 mm so as to form a lattice having one side of 45 mm, and has rigidity enduring a swelling of the concrete at concrete placing time. The mesh member 3 is the so-called chicken net, and is formed so that hexagons having one side of 10 mm continue in large numbers by, for example, with a wire having a diameter of 1 mm.
