PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building frame joint device capable of absorbing building frame variation reasonably following it, even when adjacent building frames A, B are relatively greatly fluctuated in the Z direction. SOLUTION: A pedestal member 4 and a horizontal urging member 5 are fixed on a building frame B, one side of a holder material 3 is vertically rotatably attached to the pedestal member 5, a cover material 2 is superposed on the holder material 5, they are connected so that they are integrally rotated and operated, further, the hook arm part 12 of the horizontal urging member 5 is slidably engaged on the slide engagement receiving part 7 of the holder material 5, and the holder material 3 and the cover material 4 are horizontally urged. Since the holder material 3 and the cover material 4 are integrally rotated and operated, the connection part of the both is not expanded, and since they are horizontally urged, they can follow reciprocating variation. Since they are slidably engaged, rotational operation is not obstructed by the engagement of the horizontal urging member.
