PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to connect a drain outlet of a toilet to a drain pipe with a joint pipe device without hindrance even when a position of the drain pipe buried in the floor is slipped from the preset position in the case the toilet is installed on the floor. SOLUTION: A joint pipe device 26 equipped with a drainage socket section 30 including an insertion hole 36 inserting a drain outlet 20 of a toilet 10 thereinto, a horizontal pipe 32 extended from the drainage socket section 30 and a joint section 34A connected to the horizontal pipe 32 and connected to a drain pipe 24 buried in the floor 22 is used to connect the drain outlet 20 of the toilet 10 to the drain pipe 24. Then, the joint pipe device 26 is so constituted that a fixed section 48 to the floor surface is provided to the lower end of the drainage socket section 30, the horizontal pipe 32 can be rotated to the fixed section 48 together with a vertical pipe 46 and that the joint section 34A is in a variable position on both sides to the center line of the toilet 10.
