PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite multilayered sheet having not only the capacity of a high temp. sterilizable synthetic resin container having gas barrier properties but also transparency and glossiness. SOLUTION: This multilayered sheet is constituted by laminating a transparent and glossy resin layer (A) comprising a polyester resin containing terephthalic acid or an ester forming deriv. thereof as an acid component and ethylene glycol and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol as glycol components and characterized by that a copolymerization ratio of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol in the glycol components is 65-95 mol% and copolymerized with the acid component, a steam barrier resin layer (B), a gas barrier resin layer (C) and a thermoplastic support resin layer (D) in the order of A-B-C-D from a outer layer side.
