PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for winding a sheetlike film which can meet automation. SOLUTION: In an apparatus for winding a sheetlike film 4 around a columnar inner tool 1 in the case when the sheetlike film 4 is to be wound around the inner tool 1, inserted into a cylindrical outer tool and heated so as to form a cylindrical film, a coating device 14 which applies a viscous liquid on the surface of the sheetlike film and winding devices 11a-11d which wind the sheetlike film 4 around the inner tool 1 are provided.
