PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exposure of a content in the replacement of a cartridge by attaching an element for ensuring the reservation of the content in a sealed cartridge containing a drink producing material such as pulverized roasted coffee and pressurized for extraction, which has a cover broken by the force of an extracting fluid in extraction. SOLUTION: A cartridge 8 containing roasted coffee 15 and sealed by a cover 12 made of aluminum has a tray 9 having a bottom 10 and a sidewall 11, and the cover 12 is adhered to the circumference of the edge of the tray 9. The cover 12 is formed of an oxygen impermeable flexible material and provided so as to be broken only by the effect of the force of an extracting fluid when the extraction is started. In the extraction, a hole 16 is bored in the bottom 10 of the cartridge by use of a needle to make the extracting liquid percolate the coffee. In this case, a cloth layer 13 consisting of polyester is provided on the cartridge 8, whereby the exposure of coffee powder from the hole 16 of the bottom 10 is prevented. |
