PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stress a ceramics, which is caused by the difference in coefficients of thermal expansion. SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing a ceramic jointed body is constituted of a stage 11, on which a wax material (c), a member (b) to be jointed and a ceramics (a) are successively mounted, a heat source 12 for heating the wax material (c) to melt and forming a jointed layer at the contact interface between the ceramics (a) and the wax material (c) and at the contact interface between the wax material (c) and the member (b) to be jointed, and a pressurizing device 14 for puressurizing between the ceramics (a) and the member (b) to be jointed in order to allow excess wax material (c) of the molten wax material (c) to flow out, which does not contribute to the formation of the jointed layer. By this means, the amount of residual unreacted wax material (c) is reduced and the stress loading on the ceramics is decreased. |
