PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover from being easily detached and improve the external appearance by providing a cover plate having opposed opened edges across the whole length longer than the length of a cylinder length and providing a narrow-width part whose opposed interval is enlarged by the cylinder diameter width in installed on the cylinder and narrowed than the width of the cylinder diameter width in normal state in the cover plate. SOLUTION: This cover 1 is provided with a U-shaped cover plate part 2 in a plain view, which packs a cylinder B across the whole length rather longer than the length of the cylinder B. Lateral grooves 5, 5 also served as reinforcing ribs are arranged in the cover plate part 2 and narrow width parts whose interval length between the end parts 5b', 5b' in the opposed circular arc faces 5b, 5b is narrower than the diameter width of the cylinder B are provided in the front central part and the both left/right sides of the respective grooves 5, 5. By this constitution, the cylinder B is internally wrapped in the cover 1 by the narrow-width parts provided toward the both opened edges of the cover plate 2 as fitting the cylinder B therein and the cylinder B is sandwiched between the respective circular arc faces 5b, 5b provided in the respective groove parts 5, 5 so that the cover 1 with no rattling is provided.
