PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost by forming a balancer of a board and integrally attaching the balancer and a plate to a rotor in the rotor for a motor for a compressor provided with the plate preventing oil from discharged from a discharge pipe and the balancer for balancing the rotation. SOLUTION: A rotation compressor element 10 stored in the bottom of a closed container 1 is provided with a pair of top/bottom cylinders 12A, 12B arranged across a partition plate 11, and eccentric rollers 13A, 13B eccentrically rotating by fittedly inserting and interlocked with bottom eccentric parts 21A, 21B of a crankshaft 21 rotated by a motor element 20. The motor element 20 comprises a stator 22 stored in and fixed to the top in the closed container 1, and a rotor 31 internally inserted in the stator so as to freely rotate and having a permanent magnet embedded therein. In this case, the rotor 31 is so constituted that a laminated iron core 32, end rings 35, 36, a balancer 50A, and a plate 51 are integrated together by inserting a rivet in an insertion hole and calking its top/bottom both ends.
