PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent to the utmost a low-temperature outside air from coming into the inside of a building and to give functions of preventing odor and deodorization to a building finishing member by a method wherein an odor restraining layer including an odor preventing agent or a deodorant is laminated on the surface of a heat insulating sheet. SOLUTION: Upon using, the side of a heat insulating sheet 11 is normally placed to face an object to be given heat insulation, and odor restraining layers 12 can be laminated on both sides of the heat insulating sheet 11. In this case, the heat insulating sheet 11 impregnated with odor restraining agent can develop an odor restraining effect. A fabric or the like is mentioned as a material for the heat insulating sheet 11, and a sheet in a prismatic section, a sheet having protuberances at its surface, a sheet with column-like bubbles sealed up between its laminated films and the like are also mentioned. For the odor restraining agent, microbes or an enzymatic matter, an extracted vegetable component, enzyme analogue component and the like are mentioned. Thereby, a building finishing material, with the heat insulating sheet stuck thereto, is provided with a function of odor restraining as well as heat insulation and furthermore, becomes capable of preventing moisture permeation and protecting the heat insulating sheet 11.
