PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building frame joint device by developing a receiving material capable of fixing and supporting a cover plate by any conventional method in the building frame joint device blocking a building frame gap by the three cover plates slidably connected. SOLUTION: A building frame joint device 1 comprises receiving materials 2, 3 fixed respectively on adjacent building frames A, B through a gap C, cover plates 4, 4 fixed on the receiving materials 2, 3, and a cover plate 5 mounted and slidably disposed on the receiving materials 2, 3. Support wall parts 6, 7 are erected along both the end edges in the short direction of a bottom face 2a (3a) on either of the receiving materials 2, 3, a support wall part 8 is juxtaposed on the inside of the support wall part 7, a fitting groove part 9 is formed, and the cover plates 4, 4 are made fixable by a fit-fixing method or also by a screw-fixing method by stretching a screw receiving part from the upper end of the support wall part 8 to an inside horizontal direction.
