PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase strength, and reduce weight by combining a metallic strength member-made frame for constituting the contour, a rib for partitioning the inside of the frame and a lightweight material-made acoustic tube element. SOLUTION: A soundproof device 1 with an acoustic tube is divided into a frame 10 for constituting the contour, a rib 20 for partitioning the frame 10 in the proper size and an acoustic tube element 30 housed in the rib 20, the acoustic tube element 30 is housed in a space defined by the frame 10 and the rib 20, and these are integrally constituted so as to become an acoustic tube. This frame 10 is manufactured by a metallic strength member. A raw material of the rib 20 may be material having a function for rigidly reinforcing the frame 10, and is not particularly limited. Weight can be reduced to a degree of enduring wind pressure and of not complicating a practical installing structure. Efficiency of the assembling work can also be increased.
