PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain clothing for the lower half of the body, with hanging parts, readily wearable and removable for a physically handicapped elderly person and his or her caregiver, etc. SOLUTION: This clothing for the lower half of the body, with hanging parts is obtained by forming hanging parts 3, respectively, on four parts of the front, the rear and both the side parts of under short pants in the vicinity of the top end part of the under short pants 1. The hanging parts 3 have a hoop shape with a size into which about two or three ordinary adult fingers can be introduced and are projected in the outer peripheral direction of the under short pants 1. In wearing and taking off the under short pants 1, fingers are introduced into the hanging parts 3 and the under short pants 1 are hung by the hanging parts and raid and lowered.
