PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uneven pattern which is suitable for the surface layer of an athletic sports stadium and multi-purpose playground, has performance excellent in durability and safety and is provided with slide preventive functions applicable to a variety of sports on this surface. SOLUTION: This paving material is formed urethane paving material including prepolymer (a) having isocyanate group at an terminal, setting agent (b) comprising at least one out of, polyol and polyamine, filler (c) of 0-5 wt.% to the total weight of (a) and (b), plasticizer (d) of 0-3 wt.% to the total weight of (a), (b) and (c), and granular rubber chips (e) of 25-45 wt.% by weight to the total weight of (a) and (b). This is applied to a paved face and hardened.
