PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous concrete constructing method, which can save labor by using machines in construction and can use coarse aggregates whose particle diameter is large. SOLUTION: Coarse aggregates 11 whose particle diameter is large are scattered on the ground by means of a heavy machine such as a back hoe and are pressed by a vibration roller, resulting in the formation of a coarse aggregate layer 11S whose top face is nearly flat. In the next step, cement paste 13 having been kneaded beforehand is uniformly scattered on the coarse aggregate layer 11S. Then, the scattered cement paste 13 flows down in the continuous gaps 12 along the surface of the coarse aggregate 11 and held by the sections where coarse aggregates 11 contact each other in that process, and each of the coarse aggregates 11 is connected to each other through hardening with the passage of time, resulting in the remaining of complex continuous gaps 12.
