PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive thermoplastic elastomer composition which retains a low hardness and rubber elasticity and also exerts a chemical resistance, a wear resistance and high-temperature properties. SOLUTION: A composition comprises from 10 to 40 pts.wt. polybutylene terephthalate resin (a), from 5 to 35 pts.wt. epoxidized diene block copolymer (b) and from 35 to 70 pts.wt. styrene thermoplastic elastomer (c) and has a hardness (JIS A) of from 40 to 80. Otherwise, a composition comprises from 10 to 40 pts.wt. polybutylene terephthalate resin (a), from 5 to 35 pts.wt. epoxidized diene block copolymer (b), from 35 to 70 pts.wt. styrene thermoplastic elastomer (c) and from 5 to 35 pts.wt. polymer comprising at least one chosen from the group consisting of polyolefin resins and olefin thermoplastic elastomers, and has a hardness (JIS A) of from 40 to 80.
