FOOD PREPARING MACHINE BY BEATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the drive mechanism of an electric food preparing machine by beating and to improve the beating efficiency. SOLUTION: A fixed blade 9 is mounted on the rear of a lid 6 of a beating vessel 3, and a rotary blade 17 to rotate in the inside of the fixed blade 9 is mounted on the inner bottom of the vessel 3. When a foodstuff is cut among plural fixed legs 13 and an agitating arm 19 of the rotary blade 17, air is mixed in the foodstuff.
