PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trousers from being slipped by providing an insertion hole and an attachment groove on the lower surface of a hanger main body, inserting a ring shape small magnet to a round rotator where a small magnet insertion hole is formed and obtaining a structure to put through an assembling rubber tape to a holding element so as to be freely rotatable in an axial center. SOLUTION: A ring shape magnet 20 built-in the center of the crossbar 26 is fixed by a decorative terminal left part 15, a short pipe left part 16, a magnet fixer 19, a short pipe right part 21, a short pipe fixer 24 and a decorative terminal right part 28. The both ends of the holding element 7 holding the rounded rotator 4 where the small magnet is fitted are extended in a hanging state from the lower surface of the hanger G by the rubber tapes 9-9', an interval with the crossbar 26 is set to the limit value of an magnetic action between the magnets and also magnetic force is provided with a sufficient strength in spite of the thickness of eight standard dress materials. Moreover, in the rounded rotator 4, the holding element 7 is correctly attracted to the crossbar 26 by the formed roundness and a correct rotary action is imparted.
