PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle bumper capable of preventing deformation of a vehicle body at the time of a slight collision while keeping superior shock absorption. SOLUTION: In this bumper, a rear face part 2 of a bumper shell body P is recessed from a vehicle side toward a front face part 1 of the bumper in an area in the vehicle width direction connecting two points in an opposite part to a vehicle member such that the rear face part 2 is partitioned into a lower half part 2b positioned in a portion facing to the vehicle member and an upper half part 2a positioned in a portion facing to a vehicle lower bag 6, while the recessed bottom is joined to the front face part 1 to form a junction part g1. The lower half part 2b is formed with another junction part g2 to the front face part 1 where the rear face part 2 of the bumper shell body P is recessed from the vehicle side toward the front face part 1 of the bumper with securing hollow parts O, while a foam 3 is filled in the hollow parts O of the lower half part 2b with a hollow part O of the upper half part 2a left as it is.
