PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet body enabling sheet body fixing pins to be driven readily in spite of being one having no penetration holes and a sheet body requiring no punching out process. SOLUTION: The sheet body 35 is formed with nouslip patterns 33 and spare patterns punched at predetermined places by sheet fixing pins. Making the sheet fixing pins opposite to the spare patterns 34 allows sheet fixing pins to be driven while boring predetermined places of the sheet body 35. A belt-like admixture 31 is passed in turn through pattern forming portions 15-17 comprising calender rolls 11-14 to thereby be formed into a sheet 32 having even thickness; which then it is transferred to a form-patterned roll 20 in order to simultaneously form space patterns 34 for punching operation by space pattern forming projections 25 along with patterning operation.
