HEATING ROLL FOR FORMING FILM AND MANUFACTURE OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll for a film and a manufacturing method for a thermoplastic resin film which enable attainment of the thermoplastic resin film being free of a surface defect and having smoothness with excellent productivity. SOLUTION: A heating roll for forming a film which is used on the occasion of preheating or stretching a thermoplastic resin film in contact with the roll and which is so constituted that the thermoplastic resin film and the surface of the roll come into contact with each other with a liquid film interlaid on the surface of the roll and, besides, a manufacturing method of the thermoplastic resin film which uses the heating roll for forming the film on the occasion of preheating or stretching the thermoplastic resin film.
