<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a vacuum state for a long period of time, and lessen the time variation of a heat insulation property by forming a film-like thermoplastic resin made-bag with a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film of a predetermined thickness capable of forming the melt-phase of an optical anisotropic property. SOLUTION: Fine heat insulation material 3 is filled in the inner part of a film-like thermoplastic resin-made bag 2 before being sealed in a vacuum condition. The film-like thermoplastic resin-made bag 2 is composed of a laminate film consisting of a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film A and thermoplastic polyurethane film B being adhered with each other by an adhesive C. Also, it is available to be formed with a single thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film A. In addition, a thickness of the thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film is made 10μm or more. As a result, it leads to have a low moisture permeability and low gas permeability, and decrease the time deterioration of a heat insulation property. Furthermore, such a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer preferably has a melting point at about 200-about 400 deg.C in order to obtain the desired heat resistance and workability of a film.</p> |
