PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of and reliability on the change in steering angle ratio using a simple configuration and to lessen the restriction of the degree of freedom in layout. SOLUTION: An input side rotary member 3 rotating round an input shaft 2 coupled with a steering wheel 1 is coupled through a swinging member 7 with an output side rotary member 30 coupled with an output shaft 6 for transmitting the rototation to the car wheels in steering. The swinging member 7 is coupled with the rotary members 3 and 30 through ball joints 8 and 9 in positions eccentric from the rotational center. The positioning of the ball joint 8 on the input side is changeable in the amount of eccentricity from the rotational center of the input side rotary member 3 using an eccentricity changing means. |
