PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain appearance quality having a smooth integral feeling by positioning the outer peripheral edge part of a skin material to disuse a graining projection embedded in a resin base material and to embed the outer peripheral edge part of the skin material in the resin base material with a high positioning accuracy regardless of the disuse of the graining projection or the kind of the skin material. SOLUTION: Fixing projected portions 14a with a width dimension (the peripheral dimension of a skin material 14) L1=1-7 mm (pref. 2-5 mm) are provided 4e the outer peripheral edge part of the skin material 14 at an interval L2 of 1-7 mm (pref. 2-5 mm) and, in such a state that the leading ends A3 of these fixing projected portions 14a are fixed to a mold on a back surface side, a resin base material 12 is integrally molded along with the skin material 14 by injection compression molding.
