PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable and light weighted feces-picking up and treating device capable of being used by anyone, also not showing any uncomfortable feeling transmitted to a hand, not conspicuous for carrying and having a nipping structure. SOLUTION: This feces-picking up and treating device is a capsular container 1 which is made by an inexpensive raw material and has a rectangular or an oval shape having a volume enough to contain the feces. Although the capsular container is divided into two in perpendicular direction, the two parts are connected at a connecting part 2 at the one side of its divided surface. Also, at the edge part of both ends of the divided surface of the capsular container, a reopening-preventing lock 4 made by a same raw material and having one unit structure with the container, is installed, and the lowest part of the divided surface that is a feces-contacting part 3, has a sufficient length for nipping the feces in.
