PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing iron from powder and granule with very simple structure, capable of easily conducting removing work of iron powder, etc., stuck to a magnet unit and also excellent in iron removing performance. SOLUTION: The magnet unit 2 whose external form is circumfernetial and provided for magnetically attracting the incorporating iron component in the powder is disposed at the central part in a cylindrical iron removing chamber 1 in which an inlet and an outlet of the powder is provided is constituted so that the magnet can be inclined in a prescribed angle to the cylinder axis of the iron removing chamber 1. Then, a decantation means 30 for varying the angle of inclinationθmay be installed. And the magnet unit 2 may be covered with a magnetic body made cover cylinder 3 and the cover cylinder 3 may be covered with a cover sheet in freely detachable respectively. Moreover, a circular projecting part 3a may be provided at plural places on the outer periphery surface of the cover cylinder 3.
