PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture unit capable of conducting the classified collection of target microorganisms and their culture simultaneously, leading to dispensing with multistep culture operations for testing microorganisms and thereby cutting the test time. SOLUTION: This culture unit is such one as to be characterized by carrying a culture medium containing active ingredients for growing microorganisms on a porous form 2 with an antibody capable of specifically binding microorganisms as object thereto bound to the surface and culturing them after capturing and dispersing them in the interior of the resulting antibody-modified porous form.
