PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the quality of a product against the external working force in the vertical direction during the transport, etc., by sealing the inside a stay by first and second sealing members to form an air damper, and providing an urging means to be projected in the stay with respect to a pin and a stay tip member between the first and second sealing members inside the stay. SOLUTION: A projecting portion 6 of a pallet 2 is provided with a sealing member 17 to be brought into close contact with an inner wall surface of a stay in a middle portion of a base portion 6b, and forms an air vent member of a vent hole 16 and a shaft 18, and a cap 19 prevents the air vent from the vent hole 16. The stay has a tip member 20 to be fitted in from an upper end side, and the tip member 20 is fitted into the stay through a sealing member 22 provided on a middle portion inside the stay. A spring 24 whose base end is placed on a stepped surface of a top part of the base portion 6b of the projecting portion 6 is arranged in the stay, and urges the tip member 20 so as to press it back upward. In addition, a space between the sealing members 17, 22 demonstrates the function of a pneumatic damper in a condition where the projecting portion 6 and the tip member 20 are inserted in the stay.
