PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability and responsiveness of a diaphragm device, by stabilizing the form of a metal diaphragm by reducing the deformation by the thermal contraction in the welding time of members to hold the metal diaphragm. SOLUTION: The material to compose a diaphragm 4 is made as an austanite system stainless steel, while the material to compose a case 2 and a plate 3 is made as a martensite system stainless steel respectively, and the diaphragm 4 is connected to the case 2 and the plate 3 by an electronic beam welding. The welding part includs a martensite composition more than 35% and less than 95%. |
