PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a guide tube from being buckled about in the pharynx or duodenum by constituting a tube body by successively arranging a flexible part, a hard part and a flexible part in order from a grip side. SOLUTION: The tube body 5 of this endoscopic guide tube 1 is constituted by successively arranging a flexible part 7, a hard part and a flexible part in order from a grip part 6 side. Since the flexible part 7 is arranged at the tip of the endoscopic guide tube 1, the buckling is hardly caused about at the tip of the endoscopic guide tube 1. Therefore, since the endoscopic guide tube 1 can be inserted according to the traveling of the duodenum and the jejunum and ileum of the small intestine, the insertability is improved. Further, since the base end-side flexible part 7 of the tube body 5 of the endoscopic guide tube 1 is arranged in the throat root of a patient, the flexible part 7 can be curved along the curve of the pharynx. Since the buckling in the base end-side flexible part 7 of the tube body 5 of the endoscopic guide tube 1 can be hardly caused, the insertability of an endoscope 2 can be improved.
