PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a rational pocket-book sized storage case for a digital information disk for so arranging the case on a shelf as to easily identify titles, indexes and the like in the case of storing and displaying the case to be stored, and minimizing the sites of various sizes even when the storage numbers of disks are different on different sites. SOLUTION: A back section and a cover plate 4 forming a front cover on the other side are formed continuously on one end of a base bottom plate 2 forming one front cover of the pocket-book size, while an inner notch 17 with its one end, left or right, open, and at least one incomplete frame-shaped piece 8 holding digital information disks inside the inner notch is formed continuously to be folded onto the base bottom plate, and a laminate of the incomplete frame-shaped piece 8 is fixed on the base bottom plate 2 and the back section 3 to form a digital information disk storage recess, and the depth of the storage recess is set based on the number of pieces of incomplete frame-shaped pieces and the width of the back section.
