PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the preparation of two hoses which are an auxiliary hose and a connecting hose, and a large number of joints for connection by composing a hose reel of a drum provided at a frame, and a hose assembly with joints disposed at both ends of a hose, and winding the hose on the drum to store the hose. SOLUTION: A hose assembly 50 is composed of a hose 51 and joints 52, 53 disposed at both ends thereof. The hose 51 is formed of a short end auxiliary hose 51a and a long connecting hose 51b to be the center, and its boundary is fixed to a drum 30 by a fixture 37 and a screw 38. The connecting hose 51b forming the hose 51 can be wound onto the drum 30. The end auxiliary hose 51a forming the hose 51 can be stored, together with the joint 52, in a storage chamber formed at a drum body 31, if necessary. Hoses of various sizes can be coped with by one kind of hose reel, and the hose can be mounted to the hose reel without cutting the hose.
