PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure desired propulsion force with small running resistance and to improve durability of running and floating members by comprising a sliding member, having abrasion resistance on a bottom part opposite to a secondary side induction part mounted at a running surface side, of a primary side induction part of the electromagnetic induction mounted on a truck side. SOLUTION: With respect to a floating moving truck, for example, a linear motor moving truck, a conveying truck 4 is propelled by the electromagnetic induction of a primary side 11 and a secondary side 13 of a linear motor. Here, the compressed air from a compressed air supply portion 8 is introduced into a compressed air chamber 10 of a conveying device 14 through a compressed air passage 8a and then is circulated through an air hole 11a, whereby the primary side 11 of the linear motor is cooled and the overheating is prevented. By introducing the compressed air to an air hole 12a of a sliding member 12 having abrasion resistance, the sliding member 12 is cooled and the overheating is prevented, and then the compressed air is jetted into an air gap 20 between a lower surface of the sliding member 12 and the secondary side 13 of the linear motor to causes the conveying truck 4 to float.
