PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely judge the presence/absence of a specified article to be charged for detection in charging a plurality of articles to be charged in a packaging box by preliminarily placing a detection mark dissimilar to displays attached to other articles to be charged on the article to be charged for detection. SOLUTION: When an article 1 to be charged for detection such as a prescription is overlapped on another or a plurality of articles 2 to be charged, and charged in a packaging box 3, detection marks 1A, 1B dissimilar to displays such as letters and figures attached to other articles 2 are attached at two positions on the surface of the article 1 for detection. An image of a charging route 15 is taken in by an image sensor 12 at the timing to charge the article 1 for detection and other articles 2 along the charging route 15 defined by a bucket 13 by a pusher 14, the presence/absence of the detection marks 1A, 1B in a specified search area is detected to judge the presence/absence of the article 1 for detection and the acceptance/rejection of the charging posture.
