PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet take-out device accurately detecting the contact pressure of paper sheets relative to a take-out means and surely taking out the paper sheets without causing skipping, jamming, etc. SOLUTION: This paper sheets take-out device is provided with a backup loading paper sheets, a drive mechanism 2 for moving the backup in a prescribed direction, a take-out rotor 3 for taking out the paper sheets and pressurized against the paper sheets by the movement of the backup, movable frames 11a, 11b for supporting the take-out rotor 3 and moving the take-out rotor 3, when the paper sheets P are pressurized by the take-out rotor 3, an upper sensor 40 detecting that the take-out rotor 3 moves to a prescribed position, and a control part stopping the movement of the backup 1, when the upper sensor 40 detects that the rake-out rotor 3 moved to the prescribed position.
