PURPOSE: An office equipment is provided to enhance the order efficiency till the grasping and restoring of trouble occurrence locations by notifying an information communication terminal of a signal source of abnormal situation occurrence. CONSTITUTION: A path knowledge storage unit(1) stores as knowledge paths for arriving at a location on which a certain trouble occurs when the trouble occurs. A trouble occurrence location detecting unit(2) detects a location on which a certain trouble occurs when the trouble occurs. A location-specifying unit(3) calculates paths for arriving at a location on which a certain trouble occurs from the path knowledge storage unit(1) and specifies a location arrived at present from the paths when a location on which a trouble occurs by the trouble occurrence location detecting unit(2).
