METHOD FOR PRESSURIZING PNEUMATIC TIRE AND APPARATUS FOR EXECUTING THIS METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for pressurizing a pneumatic tire and apparatus for executing this method is provided to preserve favorably a condition of a tire and to reduce working hours by installing beads on a surrounding seat of a particular rim. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for executing this method comprises : seats(13)(14) of a rim(10) ; beads(21)(22) to be equipped on seats(13)(14) ; a bearing side(15) to be equipped on between seats(13)(14), and to admit a bearing supporting part(23) ; an installing groove(16) to connect a bearing side(15) with one of seats(13)(14) or an axis shaped inner flange(17) of the first seat(13) ; surrounding projection parts(11)(12). And a method for pressurizing a pneumatic tire comprises : a step of forming airtight parts(20)(32) ; a step of using a tire(20) to install the first bead(21) on the outside of the first seat(13) and to equip the second bead(22) on the second seat(14) with method of airtight ; a step of pressurizing in airtight parts(20)(32) for forming an expansion orifice ; a step of forming an expansion orifice on between the first seat(13) and the first bead(21) ; a step of introducing a pressed air into an expansion orifice ; a step of stopping pressurizing into a pin point position ; a step of closing an orifice for installing and extending a tire(20) on a rim.
