PURPOSE: A call center telephone and data flow connection system is provided to transmit a telephone access and data between computer programs in a call center. CONSTITUTION: A call-process application(201) in a workstation(120a) processes a data set(202) related to a call on an agent telephone(203) related with the workstation(120a). The data set(202) has data related with a client on the telephone(203). The call-process application(201) operates a flow object(205) in a flow connection module(204) related with the workstation(120a) and transmits a call on the telephone(203) and the data set(202) to the call-process application(206) on a workstation(102b). The flow object(205) receives the data set(202) with an address to the call-process application(206). A flow connection module(209) describes a flow object(210), and the flow object(205) transmits the data set(202) to the flow object(210). The flow connection module(209) transmits a telephone number to an agent telephone(208) to the flow object(205). The flow object(205) transmits a call on the telephone(203) to a telephone(208).
