PURPOSE:To obtain an equipment whose amplification efficiency improves, whose laser output is stable, and further the life of whose optival parts is long. CONSTITUTION:The laser equipment consists of the following; a laser oscillator 1 which oscillates laser light 2 having a plurality of oscillation wavelengths, a plurality of laser amlifiers 3 which are arranged in the post-stages of the laser oscillator 1 and stepwise amplify the laser light 2, and wavelength selecting means 7 which are positioned at the laser light input sides of the laser amplifies 3 and select a necessary wavelength out of the oscillation wavelengths of the laser light and the amplified laser lights. |
