PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the code error correction method by which code error correction processing is simplified and a data transmission efficiency is enhanced by correcting data into correct word data, based on an arithmetic value of a check sum word added to an end of a received frame so as to suppress a scale of signal processing and of the device. SOLUTION: A check sum arithmetic circuit 11 calculates a check sum of data by one frame and gives this result to an error correction arithmetic circuit 12. The error correction arithmetic circuit 12 executes arithmetic operation as to a word from which a parity error is detected, based on the result of calculating the check sum by one frame by the check sum arithmetic circuit 11 and on information P2 as to data and the parity check result in the unit of words including frame information from a frame synchronization circuit 10 to correct an error. The device corrects this code error for providing an output of correct reception data. As a result, it is not required to execute a transmission sequence for re-transmission to correct a code error, and it is possible to avoid data transmission efficiency from decreasing. |
