PURPOSE:To improve noise resistance by improving grounding of an electronic circuit part and an optical operation element. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame 15 is supported by passing a ferrule insertion hole 19 of an optical connector over a supporting member 20 thereof. A metal package 21 with a built-in optical operation element is fixed to the optical connector. A circuit board 17 whereon an electronic circuit component 28 is mounted is supported in a mother land of the lead frame 15. A terminal 22 of an optical operation element and the electronic circuit component 28 are connected by a wire 30. A number of lead pin formation parts 23 are provided to the lead frame 15 and a part thereof is made a grounding lead part. A component mounted on the lead frame making a part of each lead pin formation part 23 and a part of the optical connector remain is molded integrally by a molding resin member. After molding, an unnecessary part of the lead frame 15 is cut. |
