摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to embody a high picture of a liquid crystal panel by expanding an output range of a liquid crystal driving voltage to a low-voltage dedicated circuit and a high-voltage dedicated circuit. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second latch circuits(5) are composed as the number of 6 bit x 384. A decoder(7) outputs the number of 384 decode data. An output amplifying circuit(8) outputs the number of 384 display data(Y1-Y384). A tone voltage generating circuit(6) generates a plus polarity side(64) tone and a minus polarity side(64) tone independently as tone voltages based on tone reference voltages(V0-V4,V5-V9) and provides the plus polarity side(64) tone and the minus polarity side(64) tone to the decoder(7). A first latch circuit(4) latches display data through a data inverting circuit(3) according to a latch address selector(2) and provides latched display data to the decoder(7) a line clock(CL1) synchronized to one scan line of the liquid crystal panel. The decoder(7) selects the tone voltage generated in the tone voltage generating circuit(6) and outputs the selected tone voltage to an amplifying circuit(8).
