CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detecting an object or a passenger in a vehicle includes a sensor(1) for sensing an object or a passenger in a vehicle, an attaching element for attaching the sensor in a precise position and direction, and a control element for changing the position or the direction of the sensor after installation of the sensor, wherein the control element includes at least one positioning screw for changing the position or the direction of the sensor.
