The invention presents a new composition of brandy consisting of (kg/1,000 decalitres): apple juice (the overall amount of the extract 247-257), ashberry juice (the overall amount of the extract 153-159), cherry juice (the overall amount of the extract 98-102), cranberry juice (the overall amount of the extract 19.5-20.3), blueberry juice (the overall amount of the extract 8-9), white grape wine (the overall amount of the extract 49-51), sugar (562-586), citric acid (2.9-3.1), and mixture of water and alcohol to make up to the total of 1,000 decalitres. The brandy is 40% volume, is clear, red-orange in colour and has a complex fruit aroma. With a natural fruity sour taste. |
