CONTOUR OF A TRANSDERMAL THERAPEUTIC SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A contour of transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) is designated for improving sealing bond between skin and the contour. CONSTITUTION: A transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) for releasing active substances on or through the skin is provided. The system has a layer which adheres to the skin comparatively permanently and whose outer edges are determined by a contour. The transdermal therapeutic system is characterized in that the contour contains at least two sections which are concave relative to the surface.
