PURPOSE: Provided is a multifrequency vibrator adapter that is characterized by providing increased throughput by quickening the vibration processing of material. CONSTITUTION: An integrated vibratory adapter device (100) for providing multi-frequency oscillation of a vibratable working unit (99), which includes a working member (105) rigidly attachable to the working unit; a centrifugal vibratory apparatus (103) for generating a single frequency sinusoidal vibration; rigid impact apparatus (107) arranged to receive a single frequency sinusoidal vibration from the vibratory apparatus; and resilient mounting apparatus (109, 110) for mounting the rigid impact apparatus in motion transmitting association with the working member and which is operative, when the vibratory apparatus is operated so as to vibrate the rigid impact apparatus such that it transmits vibration forces to the working member so as to causemulti-frequency oscillation thereof, thereby also to cause multi-frequency oscillation of the working unit. |
