PURPOSE: A dust collector equipment is provided to efficiency collect dust and fume generated in the process of working without causing damage or deformation to the work. CONSTITUTION: In a thermal cutting machine provided with a work support table(5a), a work moving member, a laser(plasma) nozzle(4a) arranged above the work support table, a dust collector duct(11) arranged beneath the work support table oppositely to the plasma nozzle, a dust collector equipment comprises heat resistant brushes(25) arranged in sequence without a gap along a periphery of a suction port(12) of the dust collector duct. A thermal cutting method performs a molding process for a work(W) by a punch prior to a thermal cutting process, thereby preventing damage of the molded portion.
