PURPOSE: An optical pickup is provided to stabilize an adjusting base and perform a slope adjustment by differently forming radius of an adjusting curved surface and adjusting curved surfaces. CONSTITUTION: An object lens(4) is supported to an adjusting base(6) at only one side. The adjusting base(6) and a fixing base(13) are elastically inserted and supported by a pushing member(15). A sliding portion(6b) is formed in the adjusting base(6). Sliding portions(7b) are formed in the adjusting base(6) for being located at the object lens(4). Adjusting curved surfaces(13a,11a) are formed at a side of the fixing base(13) as a concave spherical surface centering around a point on an optical axle of the object lens(4) so that sliding portions(6b,7b) slides and moved.
