When performing power-on operations again after shutting off a power source, whether the rotational position of the shedding driving motor 20 when making the heald frame 11 reach the specific height position is included in either one of the former half and the latter half of one rotational range of the shedding driving motor 20 is specified by a specifying circuit 25.
