PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device. SOLUTION: Outer ring parts 6 of bearings 4, 4 are fittedly fixed in a fitting hole 3 of a touch roller 2, and a second shaft 8 is fittedly fixed in the inner ring 7 of the bearing 4. A first shaft 10 of H-cut cross section is fittedly inserted into a rectangular fit insertion hole 9 provided in the second shaft 8, and the first shaft 10 is laid laterally across the frame 15. A leaf spring 13 is elastically installed between the bottom end of the first shaft 10 and the fit insertion hole 9.
